The cursor clock keeps the current time visible wherever you’re working — no glancing at the menu bar or corner of your screen. You can show as much or as little as you need: just the time, the full date and day, or even a second time zone for working across regions.

What You Can Show

Each component is an independent toggle in Settings → Clock:

Format Options

  • Day format: Short (Mon), Short with dot (Mon.), or Full (Monday)
  • Date format: Short (3/3/26), Medium (Mar 3, 2026), or Long (March 3, 2026)
  • Separator: Locale default, Space, Dash, Dot, or Pipe — controls how components are joined on the same line
  • Second time zone: Any IANA time zone (e.g., America/Los_Angeles, Europe/London)

Appearance

Customize the clock’s look in Settings → Clock:
  • Font family — Any system font (defaults to your system UI font)
  • Font size — 8 to 48 pixels
  • Text color — Any color
  • Outline — Off, Solid, or Glow. Configurable stroke color and width (0–5px). Useful for readability over varied backgrounds.
  • Background — None or Pill. The pill style places a rounded rectangle behind the clock text, with a configurable color.
