Proximate displays its cursor items in a vertical stack. You can rearrange this stack to put the information you check most often closest to your cursor.

Reordering Elements

Open Settings → Appearance → Element Order. You’ll see a draggable list of all active elements. Drag any item up or down to change its position in the stack. The available elements are:
  • Clock
  • Apps (notification icons)
  • Timer
  • System Stats (only visible when experimental features are enabled)
The default order is: Clock, Apps, Timer.
Your ordering preference is saved and persists across restarts. If you enable experimental features later, any experimental elements will appear in their previously saved position.
